Cold Roll Forming Line description
This equipment is specially used for producing Φ19-Φ76mm, 0.8-3.0mm high frequency straight seam welded tube and corresponding square tube and special-shaped tube (δ≤2.5mm). The composition of equipment is from uncoiler to fixed length cutting saw. Rolling speed can be adjusted correspondingly within suitable range of tube diameter and wall thickness.

Raw material (steel coil) → uncoiling → shearing and end welding → material accumulating → non-power leveling → mill-forming → high-frequency welding → removing burrs outside of weld seam → cooling → sizing → roughly straightening → fixed length cutting → finishing tube

Welded Pipe Mill Line is specially designed to produce the industrial stainless pipe and titanium pipe, which can be widely applied in aviation, aerospace, nuclear power, power stations, oil refining, seawater desalination and other high-end pipe making field. Great Wall brings the advanced technology from Japan and hammer out one perfect manufacturing process and layout rational for forming, sizing, lubricating, welding, heat treatment, cooling, cleaning to make up defects of the original making titanium pipe in working process, which reduces distortion and scratching of the pipes.
This production line needs high manufacturing and assembly precision. So we adopt high precision numerical control machine to process all the mechanical parts of the pipe mill. The forming & sizing machine is designed with the function of fast change roller & stand and adjustment by screen show, the line utilizes Siemens PLC control System, which has improved a lot the good productive rate and makes the line run steadily.

Φ32 High Frequency Welded Pipe Equipmenti introduction
The Φ32 High Frequency Welded Pipe Equipment is the main equipment in the high frequency welded pipe production line. It can be divided into different types according to the diameter and the wall thickness of the pipe. The mill can produce circular pipe, square and rectangular pipe and special pipe using low carbon steel & alloy steel.



The specific process flow is:
Steel strips are first fed into the machine then are shaped into pipe blanks by rollers.
Then, under skin and proximity effects of high frequency electric current, induced electricity is concentrated onto the bonding surface of the pipe profile fringe.
The heated up pipe profile fringe is quickly moved to the welding temperature and finished welding under the squeeze roller's pressure.
After cooling, sizing and broad straightening,  the steel pipe of needed specification is achieved.
Our products such as roll forming unit, FFX forming unit, cage forming unit can produce X80 and J55 API petroleum casing pipes and petroleum and gas pipes, which conform to the standard of API-5L, API-5CT.
This unit can also produce special pipes for air cooling condenser used by electric power plants or steel mills.
