High Frequency Welded Pipe Line

  
The  Φ89 High Frequency Welded Pipe Line is the main equipment in the high frequency welded pipe production line. It can be divided into different types according to the diameter and the wall thickness of the pipe. The mill can produce circular pipe, square and rectangular pipe and special pipe using low carbon steel & alloy steel.

High Frequency Welded Pipe Line specific process flow is: 
Steel strips are first fed into the machine then are shaped into pipe blanks by rollers.
Then, under skin and proximity effects of high frequency electric current, induced electricity is concentrated onto the bonding surface of the pipe profile fringe.
The heated up pipe profile fringe is quickly moved to the welding temperature and finished welding under the squeeze roller's pressure.
After cooling, sizing and broad straightening,  the steel pipe of needed specification is achieved.
Our products such as roll forming unit, FFX forming unit, cage forming unit can produce X80 and J55 API petroleum casing pipes and petroleum and gas pipes, which conform to the standard of API-5L, API-5CT.
This unit can also produce special pipes for air cooling condenser used by electric power plants or steel mills.
