This slitter line is used to cutting a certain width and thick steel plate longitudinally to a present width, then it will be rolled to strip coils. This slitting line cut steel plates with passive tension speed. It applies to hot/cold rolled low-carbon, low-alloy steel in the fields of welded pipe production factory and steel production factory and other steel products industry. This production line is PLC control, it possesses characters of high shear accuracy, good strip dividing quality and wide application scope.
Production process:
Loading coil→Uncoiler→Leveling→Cutting ends→Rotary shearing→Coiler for trimming→Accumulator→Separate Vnit→Tension device→Recoiling
