1.A set of 3 working position hole-punching machines is equipped, adopted 3 hydraulic presses, width adjustable.
2.Hinge hole-punching machine is composed by the hydraulic press support, 3 sets of hydraulic press, 3 sets of hinge hole-punching modular, machine support, etc. The middle one is fixed while the others on both sides are changeable by screw, up to the required length of door frame. On hole-punching, 3 sets of hydraulic presses work simultaneously, to punch out 3 hinge hole.

Forming and sizing machine

Forming and sizing machine is the main equipment in the steel pipe production line. It uses roll forming theory to coil long steel strip of a certain specification into pipe barrel without any intermittence and form longitudinal seam joint under the force of squeeze roller. And it uses induction welding to heat the longitudinal seam. That is, feed steel strip of a certain specification into the mill and coil it into pipe blank through forming roller.
Forming and sizing machine 

Then under skin effect and proximity effect of high frequency electric current. The current will be concentrated on the bond surface of the pipe fringe, welding it into tube blank quickly. After cooling, sizing and broad straightening, the needed pipe will be produced. It is combined equipment which includes forming unit, welding unit, cooling device and sizing unit, in charge of forming, welding and sizing steps.
